Who is Killer Byte Anyway?

Killer-Byte was established in 2006 with the aim of providing mobile IT support to private individuals, at home.  As Andrew Coy, founder of Killer Byte, put it, "Having worked in the industry for a number of years and seen the high prices and abominable service from some companies, I knew I could offer a serious alternative - and provide comprehensive IT support at sensible prices."

Although Killer Byte was aimed originally at home users, our service and prices soon brought requests from our clients to visit their work places too and we found ourselves being asked to supply and support systems in schools and businesses.  We now provide tailored support covering anything from a single computer to a multi-domain business network and have expanded our team to meet this demand.

Computer Repair Centre

Since then, Killer Byte has continued to expand and take on additional staff, all experts in their own particular field, and in January 2010 opened a Repair Centre in Killamarsh (right).  Here you can drop off PCs and equipment for repair and pick it up again later.  Minor repairs can often be completed within the day tho we can't always guarantee that.

Derbyshire Trusted Trader

The Derbyshire Trusted Trader scheme aims to help combat rogue traders and door step crime, and to promote good standards of customer service and fair trading. It does this by supporting businesses that operate fairly and honestly.  It is run by Derbyshire Trading Standards dept in partnership with other County Council departments including social services, community safety, public relations and the Council's contact centre, 'Call Derbyshire'.

Killer-Byte was approved this year, 2010.  Our excelent reputation, along with formal qualifications means that you can be sure of outstanding service at a reasonable price from a company that will go the extra mile for you.
