Killer Byte will send an engineer to your home and, as long as you live within 5 miles of our base in Killamarsh there's no callout charge. We resolve most problems there and then, even if it means fitting new parts but if we can't we'll recommend a solution. If that means taking your computer back to our workshop we'll agree a price with you for the work and we'll disconnect it for you and reconnect it when you bring it back.
